But, support is applied to the plugin(s) we developed and integrated ourselves. We appreciate your understanding.

If you need assistance and information on the purchased product that is not covered in the documentation, post them on our Discord channel. You can expect an answer within 24 - 48 hours, usually as soon as possible.

All support requests are being processed on business days (Monday to Saturday) from 9.00 to 19.00 (GMT +7).
